All orders must be shipped. Due to our insurance requirements the admittance to warehouses is restricted to general public.
We ship only within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. All orders are shipped ground transportation only. The carrier is chosen by the DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET.
To avoid unauthorized orders and fraud we ship only to your credit card billing address. Signature required at the time of shipment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPOs.
Delivery time is 2-10 business days. DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET does not guarantee the time of the delivery, thow is usually falls between 8AM and 4PM. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship out any packages on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, nor will any packages be delivered on those days. Orders placed on the last working day before an official holiday will be processed on the first working day after the holiday. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.
DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET selects and partners with reliable and reputable carriers, but occasionally shipping damage does occur. Resolving the problem of transit damage or loss depends on the cooperation of all parties. DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET makes every effort to ensure that your shipment arrives on time and in good condition and when a claim arises, we work with our customers to satisfy all parties. Freight damage claims must be made against the common carrier; therefore, it is imperative that you follow these guidelines:
Inspect all shipments upon arrival. If damage or loss is apparent upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier's Bill Of Lading. These notations have to be precise in damage description and accompanied by photographs. Have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation. The actual delivery time is the most crucial part of resolving a damage claim, if damage(s) were to occur. If the damage is severe in nature meaning crushed, smashed or obvious damage other than cosmetic damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment. The packaging should be intact with no obvious punctures through the shrink-wrap. If you do not inspect the freight for damage, it will be very difficult for DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET to assist you in filing a claim. You must have someone that is familiar with the shipment sign for the shipment which is generally the person that ordered the equipment.
In the event you have signed for a shipment and there is concealed damage, do not throw away the packing materials or cartons or there will be no basis for a claim. Concealed damage is damage that occurred either at the factory or during shipment that is not obvious without removing the carton. If concealed damage is discovered, stop unwrapping or un-packaging the shipment and contact DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET at support@richair.net within 24 hours in order to be considered. Please make sure to include your name and order number. DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET will not be liable for any damages or losses after 24 hour period.
If anything is missing from your shipment, please notify us immediately so the replacement item can be forwarded to you. Any and all shortages must be reported to DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET within 24 hours from the verified shipment delivery. After that period DUCTLESSDEPOT.NET will reject subsequent missing part claims.
