The unit works awesome, it's much quieter than traditional split system or heat pump units and the room feels much more comfortable. We live in Arizona where it's been reaching 110 degrees. We hooked up the unit and in 20 minutes our new master bedroom was cooled to 72 degrees, amazing. This was accomplished with much less energy than a traditional system. I saved about $400 on the first energy bill since I got it. I strongly recommend the unit and Ductless Depot. The service and support I received throughout my purchase and installation was superb.
