I bought an older house that had central system. After I expanded my master bedroom over garage roof it became too hot in the summer (compared to the rest of the house) due to its high vaulted ceiling. The AC contractor told me that I have to upgrade the entire system to get more capacity. That was about 15K!
I bought this system, hired an installer, and wow - I can sleep now!!!
