This is a great product. It is extremely quiet and ultra-efficient. It's installed in the master bedroom suite. We turn it on, close the door, and in 20 minutes, that part of the house is wonderfully cool. The unit also has 2 washable air filters. Ductless Depot's customer assistance is very knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. Being in the New York area, Richair Comfort Solutions has also been very helpful in installing the unit. The quality and service was amazing. I recommend this product.
