This unit has been great. Its very quiet and keeps the upstairs very cool. In fact I think it does a better job than the central air does downstairs. It was also pretty easy to install. Only thing I had to do was have a technician come out to test and finish final hookup. Also the folks from ductlessdepot.net were great answering my questions before I bought it, and questions while I was installing it. I would not hesitate to purchase another one of these systems from Ductless Depot.
