These Sanyo units are everything the salesmen said they were. They know HVAC and ductless. I sent floor plans of my home and room descriptions and he sized each compressor and air handler perfectly for the size and heat exposure of each room. We bought 2 systems, and they both work great! They really knows their stuff. Sanyo tech support confirmed everything we were told. The people at Richair Comfort Solutions know HVAC, minisplit systems, how to size the units, and understands these new Sanyo units. You can zone each air handler, you can clean each air handler filter, the air from each units stays in the local area, you can set the temperature of each zone individually so that either the efficient cooling or heating kicks in just like central air. You can shut a zone off if you don't use that zone, and the air handlers and compressor are so quiet you won't know they're on. Great value, great vendor, great tech support.
